Does the transfer take us directly to our accommodation?
The private transfer will take door-to-door, unless for reasons of physical accessibility for vehicles, not possible to reach the origin or destination of each service. We stand out from the rest:

When you can make a reservation?
You can book your airport at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Booking less than 24 hours in advance we are subject to fleet availability
Where can I find the driver?
If you have booked a transfer from the airport to the train station, the driver will meet you upon arrival in the lobby with a sign with your name. If the transfer is from the airport or train station the driver will meet you at the place requested on booking.
How long ahead?
The waiting time from landing your flight is 1 hour at the Airport and 20 minutes in Source (Hotel-Address)
I travel with kids: what price paid?
According to the Highway Code children occupy a square, depending on age need special seating. The price wrath according to the reserved vehicle.
Is there availability of seats for children under 12 years?
We offer child seats on request when booking at no additional cost.
I need to change my reservation. How can I do?
In this case, please contact us by e-mail (with subject: AMENDMENT MR/S, DATE OF RESERVATION) to bookings@taxiairportalicante.com, clearly specifying the reasons for change and the data to be modified.
Changes to the reservation can vary the price of it, if so, we give you instructions via email to pay the difference.
If I forgot something in the car, how can I recover it?
Contact us by dialing +34 672 626 851 giving relevant information on the transfer and lost items.
The forgotten objects in the vehicle is the responsibility of passengers, we will leave it at the Airport Lost & Found Department.
If you need the relocate, you will have to pay the value of the transfer destination requested by us.
My flight is delayed: What should I do?
Our Traffic Department controls their flights in order not to charge any extra for delays or advances the scheduled arrival time.
I lost my flight, what I have to do?
If you miss your flight you will need to notify us as soon as possible the reason for the loss of flight for the cancellation of the reservation.
I need to cancel my booking, how do I do?
Sending an email with Subject: CANCELLATION SR / A, DATE OF RESERVATION mail cancel@taxiairportalicante.com
I need an invoice: how do I request it?
Sending an email with Subject: BILL, SR / A .. DATE BOOK mail admin@taxiairportalicante.com
How many suitcases and how big can I take?
Depending on the capacity of the hired vehicle. If the baggage does not fit in the trunk, you need to hire a bigger one or a second car for the realization of the service vehicle.
May I bring pets?
You can always take them as they are in their Transporting or regulatory box to transport them. They will go in the trunk of the vehicle as required by the laws of circulancion.
What types of vehicles are used?
We have vehicles Standard, Mercedes E Class, Mercedes Viano Van with capacity 6-7pax and Minibus Mercedes Sprinter 14pax, spacious for enjoying their first class travel.
Which one is the schedule of reserves and service?
Our hours of booking / service are 24 hours, 365 days a year.
How far in advance should I leave for the airport?
Our company complies with the recommendations of AENA and airlines about it, so you should arrive at the airport at least an hour in advance if your flight is national, and two or three hours in advance in case of flights international, depending on the destination. The journey between the collection point and the airport will depend on the distance traveled. Pick up times desired by customers must always be confirmed by our company in order to ensure its presentation at the airport in good time.
